Just a reminder, we're still waiting for art prompts from about half of the artists who've signed up. In case you missed the last post, here's the information again:
Please submit your art by email to the community email address: kingsmanreversebang@gmail.com no later than 11:59PM on March 21, 2019.
What are the artwork submission requirements? Artists can submit completed pieces or rough drafts. If you are submitted a rough draft, the artwork should be 80% complete, whether it’s a series of partially completed compositions that are finished enough for claims, or a single piece complete with additional pieces to follow. That's hard to measure, of course -- basically it does not need to be a finished and completely polished piece, but it should be finished enough to give the author wanting to claim your art a good idea of what it will look like and spark and idea for a story.
How should I submit my rough drafts? Please email your mods at kingsmanreversebang@gmail.com with your draft artwork as an attachment in .jpg or .png format only. Although we prefer that you send actual images, if you have to, you can send links, so long as the artwork isn't publicly posted but otherwise accessible by the mods.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are submitting multiple prompts, each prompt should be in a separate email. If you are submitting multiple works for a single prompt, that should be in a single email, and if possible, in a single image file.
The title of your email should read: YOUR USER NAME - Artwork - X (number of images) Images Attached. If you are submitting multiple art prompts, please add X of X Prompts to your email title (e.g., 2 of 3 prompts).
For each prompt, your draft post should contain the following (cut and paste into your email):
Don't forget that the deadline for submission of all art prompts is March 21st, to give your mods time to set up the preview and claiming posts.
