In a world where everyone exists biologically on a dom/sub scale, things can get interesting. And if you are busy trying to repair the world after another idiot tried to kill everyone, you maybe neglect your health a bit. Merlin is near the middle of the scale so he is close to neutral and not suffering but he sees how his partners Harry and Eggsy are suffering and decides to fix it.
